Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with feng4d. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited. If feng4d detects that you have opened more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any bets placed, confiscate any winnings, and return only the original deposited amounts (if any) to the primary Account holder at our sole discretion.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, feng4d requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or at any time we deem necessary. Verification typically takes 1–24 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be delayed or restricted. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
feng4d supports deposits via a wide range of Indonesian banking and e-wallet services, including but not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, funds will be credited to your feng4d Account balance and become available for betting immediately. feng4d does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All transactions on feng4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations if depositing from a non-IDR account.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, feng4d allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. These limits can be configured in your Account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and the conditions outlined in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with feng4d support. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier and payment method.
feng4d aims to process withdrawals within an average of 3 minutes for verified Accounts using standard banking methods. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) or on national holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day, Christmas) may experience delays until banking services resume.
feng4d does not charge fees for the first two withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of Rp 10.000 and a maximum fee of Rp 50.000. VIP members (Gold tier and above) are exempt from withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if:
feng4d may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is claimed and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover or playthrough requirement), typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10–50%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, exploiting software bugs, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. feng4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.
feng4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from participating in promotions at our sole discretion.
All bets placed on feng4d are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event you are betting on. You are responsible for understanding the rules and odds before placing any bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or as otherwise specified in the relevant game rules.
feng4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup / Piala AFF), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport. Live betting (in-play betting) allows you to place bets on sporting events while they are in progress. Odds update in real time based on match events. Due to the fast-moving nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between bet placement and confirmation. feng4d reserves the right to reject or void any live bet placed after the outcome is already known or under suspicious circumstances.
feng4d offers a variety of casino games including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and other table games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on feng4d follow the official draw results from recognized lottery authorities. Bets are settled based on these official results. In the event of a dispute over draw results, the decision of the official lottery authority is final and binding.
feng4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, accumulator bets, or jackpot wins. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game rules or betting markets. Progressive jackpot payouts are subject to the maximum prize pool accumulated at the time of the win.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification and processing procedures. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of feng4d.
